After tasting the different batches from this harvest, I personally selected Lot 453 for the distinctive character I had been looking for.

An intense and lingering mountain honey, with a lower perception of sweetness, a subtle saline note and a delicate bitter finish.

Born among the forests and heathlands of Laciana, this is not simply another jar of honey. It is a particular harvest, personally chosen for its flavour.
