Available destinations

We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Netherlands.

We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. Shipping to other countries is not available for the products sold in this store.

Shipping rates

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

  • Standard shipping: €3.00 for orders below €50.00.

  • Free shipping for orders of €50.00 or more.

Netherlands — Mondial Relay pickup point

  • €8.00 for orders below €41.70.

  • Free pickup-point shipping for orders of €41.70 or more.

Important: Before selecting Mondial Relay, please check that a participating pickup point is available near your address.

Netherlands — DHL home delivery

  • €12.99 for orders up to €17.00.

  • €15.99 for orders of €17.01 or more.

Available delivery options and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Rates may change for future orders.

Order preparation, delivery and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and may be affected by public holidays or transport disruptions.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the applicable legal deadline.

Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details.

Delivery problems

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, please contact info@ecopathways.es with your order number.

We will resolve delivery issues in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

For shipments arranged through our store, the risk of loss or damage remains with EcoPathways until the customer, or a person designated by the customer, physically receives the goods, as required by applicable law.
