Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days
Under European Union and Spanish consumer law, customers purchasing online generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@ecopathways.es, providing your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
You then have 14 calendar days from notifying us to return the products.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when withdrawing from a purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please package glass jars carefully to prevent breakage.
Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
3. Honey and food products
Honey is not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal simply because it is a food product.
Legal exceptions may apply to products that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to certain sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after their seals have been broken.
These exceptions apply only where the legal requirements are satisfied.
4. Refunds
When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the eligible product price and the original standard delivery charge.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to you.
Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option than our least expensive standard delivery service are not refundable.
5. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at info@ecopathways.es, preferably including photographs and your order number.
We will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.
Customers will not be charged return costs that the seller is legally required to bear.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are unaffected by the 14-day withdrawal period.
